Usha Ranee Chandradas (born in 1980) is a Singaporean publisher, educator, tax advisor, and Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP). She co-founded Plural Art Mag, an online platform dedicated to Southeast Asian art, in 2016.

Chandradas holds multiple qualifications, including master's degrees in Asian Art Histories and Professional Accounting. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (non-practicing), an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and an Accredited Tax Specialist in Income Tax. Her professional experience includes serving as a partner in the Financial Services Department of Allen & Gledhill LLP and as a legal officer at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
