- Jan 2023 - Accepted job as Director of public affairs and policy at Grab Singapore while holding her MP position
- As an MP with direct access to ministers and senior officials, on top of the power to influence legislation, working with one of the biggest private companies in the areas of public affairs and policy gave a sense of perceived conflict of interest
- 10 Feb 2023 - Grab announced Tin would be taking up a new role, which was director of corporate development whose duties included "realising synergies across our investments and acquisitions, as well as supporting strategy development".[1]
